IREX (International Research & Exchanges Board) is proud to serve as the implementing partner for AADF’s Master’s & Internship Program, helping emerging Albanian leaders gain global professional experience and apply it in ways that contribute to positive change in their communities. In close partnership with AADF, IREX manages the U.S.-based components of the program, including host placements, J-1 visa sponsorship, travel and event logistics, and pre-departure and in-country support.
